Aresset is a shared record for a tenancy. The landlord's side is the property. The tenant's side is what happened while they lived there.
A landlord records certificates, the deposit, and rent. A tenant records rent paid, repairs, and messages. The two sides describe the same tenancy once the same months are on both records.
A landlord can open the record before a tenant joins. A tenant can open a renting record before a landlord has an account. If both people enter the same month and the same amount, those entries match. An entry only one person wrote stays on that person's record. If the amounts differ, both entries stay.
The record keeps a time stamp for what was entered: a certificate date, a rent receipt, an inventory photo. Aresset does not decide who is right. It does not score a person, and it does not decide who gets the home.
No sides
We do not take sides. We do not sell data. Both people can read the same history. The history is a record of what was entered. It does not decide a dispute.
Only what was entered
Payments, repairs, and messages sit in one record, in the order they were entered. The page shows what was written down. It does not add anything that was not entered.
Aresset is that shared record.
